Program structure

During the one year program, you will join other management trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, participate in a function-specific role, be immersed in weekly learning opportunities and social experiences deliver tangible business results. At the end of the one-year program, you will present your project to the leadership team and be placed in the next functional assignment.

Sales

Being a part of the business vanguard, a sales trainee will have a real experience growing the business. You will experience and gain more knowledge on: managing channels – both traditional and modern market channels or create a strategy through shopper marketing, channel development, and the road to market.

Marketing

As a marketing trainee, learn to be someone who sets the sights higher. Be part of Planning, Advertising, Promotion, or Product development research. Share your ideas and bring them to life through our mission of Building A Better Indonesia.

Operations

As an operations trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of operations – from planning and manufacturing to procurement to safety, quality, and logistics.

Finance

You will learn the end-to-end business process from budget & planning, commercial finance, supply chain finance, controller & treasury. This is a chance for you to accelerate your career by owning an exciting responsibility and initiative projects.

People & Performance

You will gain experience in key areas such as HR business partnering and various people & performance centers of excellence from rewards, talent management, and performance management. You get to work on the company’s most valuable resource: our people.
