确保完成区域经理分配的业务目标和费用核定指标; 执行公司及区域制定的营销方案,监管营销费用的合理使用; 合理安排使用公司分配的业务资源; 负责客户网点的建设和维护,及时向公司或区域经理反馈市场信息并提出营销策略建议; 评估辖下各人员日常KPI的各项指标及跟踪考核; 解决本业务分线内各类市场运作问题,及时反馈公司所需的各种信息; 执行直属上司交待的其他工作任务。
