About the position

We have an exciting position available in our Continental Europe HQ as Account Group Manager Hard Discount. In this position- you report directly to our Head of Channels CE and will lead our central negotiations and relationship management of our Hard Discount channel- while maintaining close collaboration with our local sales teams.
 

In brief- you are responsible for:

  • P&L responsibility- including driving profitable growth with the Hard Discounters across Continental Europe (Italy- Iberia- Benelux- France and GAS)
  • Design and set the Hard Discount channel strategy and goals
  • Leading the negotiations on a central level for all countries
  • Leading and driving the execution with the local markets across all countries
  • Maintaining strong internal relationships with the local leadership teams

Qualifications

Must haves

  • At least 5 years of proven negotiation experience (either buying or selling) in the FMCG industry (Food)
  • We are looking for negotiators with clear understanding of the Hard Discount channel
  • Strong understanding of P&L on commercial level complemented with excellent analytical capabilities
  • Fluent English proficiency is required
  • Strong communication skills (intern/external) with a clear interest in developing Customer relationships and building solid internal relations.
