Kraft Heinz has an ambition to deliver $2B of growth from innovation by 2027.  To meet our aspirations- agility will be our superpower.  The Agile Innovation Coach is critical in the transformation- coaching several cross functional innovation pods and leadership teams to embrace agile mindsets- behaviors- and methodologies.   This person nurtures a continuous improvement mindset to build high performing teams who deliver faster- better innovation to the market. 

What you will do

  • Direct management of 4+ scrum masters
  • Lead both formal training and on the job coaching to foster a consumer first- iterative- and incremental approach in the innovation pods and amongst leadership.
  • Coach teams on design thinking/lean start up frameworks.
  • Ensure “fit for purpose” Agile principles and practices are used within teams.
  • Help remove impediments and improve commercialization processes.
  • Lead monthly Community of Practice to share learnings & best practices across pods.
  • Drive alignment between the pods and leadership through facilitation of quarterly PI (program increment) planning and OKR (objectives- key results) development

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 8+ years of CPG or start up innovation experience.
  • Design Thinking experience
  • Agile and Scrum project management experience or certifications a plus
  • Strong influencer
  • Quick learner with a natural curiosity
  • Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team.
  • Confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational road-blocks.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence and Miro
  • Prior experience in direct people management
