Actividades
1. Costos (ZBB) de Personas:
Realiza el seguimiento de los paquetes de costos de personas de RRHH y del rendimiento de la entidad mediante el análisis financiero y la elaboración de previsiones, identificando riesgos y oportunidades para fomentar una gestión eficiente de los costes.
2. Cierre de Cuentas de RRHH:
Seguimiento del cierre de cuentas de RR.HH ejecutando provisiones, prorrateos y reclasificaciones, garantizando la ejecución del plan de conformidad con la política contable de la compañía.
3. Análisis de Personas:
Monitorizar los KPI´s de RRHH a través del análisis y desarrollo de cuadros de mando, así como asegurar la exactitud de los datos, buscando el aumento de la eficiencia en los procesos y rutinas de RRHH y centrándose en la mejora continua.
4. AOP (Plan) de Personas:
Operar los paquetes de RR.HH. y el proceso AOP (Plan) de las entidades para los mercados a través del modelado de datos en los sistemas oficiales, proporcionando visibilidad del estado del proceso para las partes interesadas a través del desarrollo de materiales y participando en los Checkpoints para alineamientos oficiales.
Se Requiere
Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas o a fin Concluida**
Inglés - Basico / Intermedio
Excel – Intermedio / Avanzado
Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en puesto similar
Experiencia con Manejo de Presupuesto de Costos de Personal
Experiencia con Control Financiero de Paquetes de People
