Suportar a Cia. em prol das melhores decisões de negócio tendo ciência dos riscos e oportunidades no horizonte e clareza quanto às principais alavancas do resultado realizado vs. planejado.

Principais Responsabilidades:

•    Consolidação de rotinas e reportes chaves para acompanhamento do resultado financeiro da Cia.;
•    Modelagem financeira (P&L- fluxo de caixa de operacional- testes de Impairment etc.);
•    Dominar as alavancas de negócio por trás dos resultados realizados e projeções construídas;
•    Liderar os ciclos de planejamento financeiro de curto- médio e longo prazo (orçamento- planejamento estratégico- entre outros).

Competências buscadas:

•    Bacharel em Engenharia- Economia ou Administração;
•    Inglês avançado;
•    Proficiência em Excel e Power Point;
•    Habilidade em modelagem financeira;
•    Senso crítico e atenção a detalhes;
•    Comunicação articulada (oral e escrita) – apresenta questões complexas de forma simples e compreensível aos diferentes públicos e estabelece relações de parceria com os times;
•    Capacidade analítica robusta – garantir a consistência dos números em discussão é essencial- bem como a facilidade em simular diferentes cenários e entender variações.
