Description & Requirements

Analista de planeación es responsable de generar la estrategia de capacidad de producción para asegurar la disponibilidad necesaria de inventario de producto terminado- comunicando de manera correcta los planes al equipo de manufactura. Se encarga de actualizar el plan de producción en SAP para que la información esté disponible para su consulta y garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales- evaluando las necesidades- prioridades y requerimientos del plan de producción.


  • Analizar y planificar capacidades de operaciones.
  • Analizar y planificar materiales (ME y MP).
  • Mantener niveles de inventarios de producto terminado.
  • Comunicación de los planes de producción a corto- mediano y largo plazo.
  • Planificar mantenimientos.
  • Seguimiento y alineación de los pedidos con Servicio al cliente.
  • Seguimiento al cumplimiento al plan de producción.


  • Lic. Administración de Empresas- Lic. Negocios- Lic. Comercio- Ingeniería en Gestión o carreras afines al área.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en planificación de producción.
  • Experiencia en planificación de requisitos de materiales (Material Requirements Planning) y producción- ventas e inventario (Production- sales and inventory - PSI).
  • Habilidad para la resolución de problemas.
  • Conocimientos prácticos en Excel y SAP.
  • Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
