Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all Zones for finance. This individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in company-wide projects and initiatives.  Additionally- the Financial Analyst will have an opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units.  There will be significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the globe- including the Global CFO- Zone CFOs- and VP of Financial Planning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and report initiative dashboard bi-monthly
  • Meet with project owner to maintain awareness of project status- risks and decisions
  • Prepare materials for the Steering committee- Chair reviews- and BOD reviews
  • Manage schedules- agendas- and meetings
  • Maintenance of Governance structure (folder- dashboards- files versions- readiness- and Tableau report)
  • Prepare KPI/MBO reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Economics- Mathematics- Finance- Engineering- or Accounting)
  • A minimum of 1+ years of related experience
  • Basic financial knowledge as well as beginner accounting and analytical skills- as well as broad business acumen
  • Intermediate Excel- PowerPoint- and attention to detail skills
  • Good communicator and Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and be developed- and a strong drive to learn with a willingness to assume senior-level responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions with little guidance
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
