Position Summary

This high performing leader will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda.  For this role to be a fit- you must be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to work in fast paced and ever-changing environments.  This role will focus on the Oracle EPM suite of applications and oversee the daily operations.  The candidate will need to be technical to support the business needs by meeting those deliverables in an agile Dev/Ops methodology.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The candidate will focus on supporting and maintaining the actuals- forecast and planning applications
  • The candidate will perform administrative activities to ensure the month end close activities for the food service line of business completes on time for the accounting and FP&A business
  • Improves and enhance the systems as part of continuous improvement
  • Help maintain Knowledge Base Documentation relating to application design and/or admin processes for our EPM support libraries
  • Works with the business to troubleshoot and identify issues
  • Be able to provide training to end users for the Oracle financial planning systems
  • Support change management activities for projects (Change Impact Assessment- Communications- Training)
  • Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes
  • This position requires the candidate to be technical- and will require a lot of hands-on development
  • Support incidents and migration activities using ITIL methodology (P1/P2 Incidents- SLA- Problem Tickets- RCA- Risk and Change Management)
  • Drive knowledge transfer to the ongoing support area

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership ability

Domain Expertise

  • Oracle EPM related functional and configuration experience
  • Proficiency in Hyperion Planning- ePBCS- FDMEE- DRM- or Oracle EPM apps
  • ODI- SQL- Snowflake is a plus

  • Has some understanding of finance concepts
  • Understand basic database design concepts
  • Is technical within their domain expertise
  • Can prioritize and balance multiple priorities 
  • Experience in working with and managing cross functional teams
  • Able to assess and judge staff skill levels and to delegate appropriately
