Description & Requirements
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for an Analyst- IT – Platform Engineer where you will build and support the integrations of IT Services and solutions required by the IT Technology platforms that enable the delivery of digital products. You will help configure- run/administer and monitor the IT services integrated into the technology platform required by product owners and upstream transformation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
• You work closely in partnership with the Global IT teams on each new platforms initiatives ensuring platform health- enabling integration and monitoring/improving performances.
• You work on delivering new features and services to address business demands and solving issues thanks to your analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• You have basic knowledge of running data identification- extraction- and transformation (ETL)
• You work closely with Data Engineers and developers to help them deliver analyses for use cases.
• You monitor regularly platform health and are able to effectively report updates
• You make sure pro-active actions performed whenever any outage or delay encountered happened.
• Present implementation progress / results to senior level executives and process teams
• Participate in various onsite customer workshops with process mining / automation product team
Requirements
• Experience with support of automation and analytics tools
• Business Processes knowledge in CPG industry (OM- AP - Procurement etc.) will be added advantage
• Experience is interacting- understanding and supporting customer needs
• Proven experiences working with Agile methodologies
• Desire to work in Automation solutions- Big Data- Data Mining
• Excellent analytical skills- well-structured approach and ability to grasp concepts quickly
