Analyst- IT – Supply Chain Control Tower at a glance
Kraft Heinz is currently hiring an Analyst IT – Supply Chain Control Tower who will help implement and handle the innovative supply chain control tower technology platform that Kraft Heinz is building. It requires working effectively with both business and technology partners- as well as an understanding of project management and business concepts. Interest and desire to learn about emerging technology and supply chain management are also key.
What's on the Menu?
- Proactively and effectively communicate with all project stakeholders (Digital Supply Chain- Digital Revolution- IT- Microsoft- etc.).
- Learn new technologies and complex processes quickly.
- Clearly document stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable requirements and deliverables.
- Work effectively with subject matter experts and consultants throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintaining and developing relevant expertise in the supply chain domain.
- Timely issue identification- resolution- and escalation when appropriate.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- Assist in planning and supervising projects.
- The ability to work independently on results- and to know when to ask for help.

- I have an understanding of supply chain processes.
- I have some project management experience with the desire to become an expert in project methodology including Agile and Waterfall.
- I have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and have outstanding attention to detail.
- I prioritize and balance complex projects.
- I am flexible regarding change of assignments- focus- priorities and needs.
- I work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.
- I am able to travel (internationally)- travel is a normal part of this position; approx. 50% dependent on project.
