Description & Requirements
Position Accountability:
- The Analyst will ignite growth on MiO- one of Kraft Heinz’s key accelerate brands- targeting new consumers with unique value propositions.
- They will participate in the development of short- and long-term business and marketing plans for MiO.
- They will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on business performance (market share- volume- revenue trends- competitive performance). They will then take these important inputs and deliver a 24-month forecast for the category.
- They will develop recommendations grounded in data and the consumer that will grow MiO across channels.
- They will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and commercialize a product pipeline including product formulation- packaging- proposition pricing and customer sell-in.
- They will oversee the productivity pipeline for MiO- growing margin for the category.
- They will lead day-to-day budget management for MiO.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
