About the Position

The Analyst- NA People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments on people costs ($1B in spend) including salary- benefits- recruitment- training- etc. The position will work across the HR and Finance organization to improve and optimize purchase order processes- support monthly forecast builds and financial routines- and spearhead financial training initiatives for HR stakeholders and perform ad hoc analyses.

Key Components of the role

  • Collaborate with finance and human resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to centralize purchase order management and ensure spend is appropriately managed to budget
  • Foster and maintain relationships with human resource and finance stakeholders- enhancing existing processes and providing visibility into forecasting trends
  • Prepare monthly full year forecast builds
  • Key contributor in monthly accounting close process and performing analytical review on financial results to ensure spend is accurately reflected
  • Ad hoc analysis- process improvement projects- and financial training creation for HR stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business- Finance- Accounting- or Human Resources preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information
  • Motivated self-starter who can manage multiple priorities- is detail oriented- and continuously seeks creative solutions
  • Excellent analytical- written- and verbal communication skills
