Description & Requirements
L’analyste au laboratoire travaille en étroite collaboration avec ses collègues et assure l’intégrité des analyses effectuées sur les produits fabriqués à Mont-Royal. Parmi ses principales tâches- l’analyste doit:
- Vérifier et faire l’échantillonnage des produits sur les lignes de production;
- Initier des actions correctives avec les intervenants concernées;
- Procéder aux tests et analyses appropriés- tant en usine qu’en laboratoire;
- Compiler les résultats des tests;
- Participer au coaching des employés horaires en production afin d’assurer le respect des normes et procédures;
- Toutes autres taches connexes
Exigences :
- Détient un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en Techniques des procédés et qualité des aliments- techniques de laboratoires- ou autres formations équivalentes ;
- Possède une expérience de travail dans le domaine de la fabrication alimentaire;
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse- de synthèse et de vulgarisation;
- Souci du détail et de la précision;
- Posséder d’excellentes habiletés pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles;
- Maîtriser les logiciels Word et Excel;
- Connaît les méthodes et les logiciels utilisés dans un laboratoire;
- Bilinguisme (atout)
