About the role

Reporting into the Project Manager- this role is responsible for managing artwork and the associated requirements within marketing for artwork projects.

Note - this is an initial 1 year fixed-term contract with an option to extend.

  • Leads scope creation for artwork projects- execution and implementation of packaging changes
  • Leads artwork changes for consumer facing and non-consumer facing based projects.
  • Ensures project team assigned- holds kick-off and leads team meetings to ensure project progress is maintained.
  • Builds and manages realistic timeline and assigns and follows-up on actions.
  • Manages the scope and budget of projects.
  • Liaises with internal & external stakeholders including external agencies- marketers- R&D- regulatory and legal.
  • Ensures correct data governance through systems used: Agile- Project Now (if required)- Atlas- Salsify- etc.
  • Supports artwork system (Atlas) updates.
  • Responsible for purchase order (PO) management and tracking.
  • Performs additional marketing administration as required.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business- Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience with data tools/processes and an understanding of the FMCG industry is highly regarded
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise and manage tight timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel).
