Description & Requirements

Associate Manager- Omnichannel

Job Purpose

Supports Omnichannel & Partnership Execution Function in the coordination and execution of national omnichannel programs and major partnerships. This role ensures work back schedules are fully met and accountability from shopper facing functions in program creation is maintained.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Program Creation:

  • Provides brief inputs where required for omnnichannel national programs with the support of the different marketing activation functions (BU- Digital- FS- T&SM- eComm)
  • Consolidates- monitors and manages "program work flow schedule". Provide visibility to Lead for approval of any changes to initial timeline
  • Day to day coordination of the different stakeholders (agencies included) and ensures their compliance to their role in the process
  • Leads coordination of smaller integrated omni programs alongside BUs for brand specific opportunities
  • Management of approved collaboration tools (i.e. Assana) and leads implementation x-functionally


  • Supports creation of "partnership charter"- joint "partnership charter" process and responsible for "program work back schedule"- including all partnership program development stakeholders
  • Leads certain parts of Partnership program execution within the organization ensuring all sales requirements and coordination is taken into consideration
  • Connects sales teams (CBT & FST) with partner teams to align negotiation approach with customers (e.g. negotiation calendar- selling deck- etc)

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • High influencing skills / ability to bring people along as it has to coordinate commercial org and external parties to bring omni to life
  • Advanced problem solving to identify challenges and support the big ideas for our shopper activations
  • The role operates in specific rules- methods- strategies for omni execution set up by Lead
  • Main challenge so far is that we as an organization have not been properly set up to foster omni execution

Education Requirements:

  • Masters Degree – Business- Economics- Marketing
