Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

  • Responsible to develop and establish continuous improvement activities in the area level in order to improve production efficiency and reduce losses 负责所辖区域内持续改善项目的建立、发展以推动生产效率的提高并降低损耗;

  • Seek and implement process improvement and cost saving projects

寻找并协助所辖区域生产过程改善及成本节约项目的实施;

  • Responsible to collect and consolidate key production data (OEE, overfill, losses, etc.) and perform material, labor, utilities, VOH consumption and cost variance analysis

负责收集、整合区域关键生产数据(OEE\Overfill\Losses等),整合物料、人工、能源、VOH等数据并进行成本差异分析;

  • Work together with Process Owner and Maintenance Lead to optimize equipment, process and material consumption

与流程负责人及维修班组长合作持续优化区域设备、流程及物料消耗;

  • Work together with Process Owner and Maintenance Lead to analyze daily and shift data to identify and prioritize loss and downtime elimination opportunities, brainstorm root causes and develop the plan to win the day for ownership area.

与流程负责人及维修班组长合作分析每日、每班生产数据以提前识别可避免停产及损失的机会,讨论根本原因并制定相应行动计划;

  • Responsible to implement and sustain visual management in the workshop

负责可视化管理在现场的持续有效实施;

  • Participate in manufacturing trials running (lab scale and production scale), risk assessment and results analysis

参与工厂试验运行(实验测试阶段及生产阶段),风险评估与结果分析;

  • Implement KHMS program and track the completed progress and KPI achievement, responsible for standardization projects, including 5S, centerline, CIL, AM, etc

实施KHMS项目并跟踪项目完成进度及KPI达成进度;负责项目的标准化实施,包括5S、中心线管理、CIL、AM等;

  • Do investigations, facilitate brainstorming sessions, use problem solving tools and develop action plans to solve output losses, quality deviations, equipment performance and process stability

深入调查,促进头脑风暴会议,使用问题解决的方法以及建立行动计划以解决产量损失,质量偏差,设备性能以及工艺稳定性等问题;

  • Perform statistics analysis using production data in Minitab

进行生产数据的统计分析;

  • Support suoerior on projects savings tracking, cost in tracker documents preparation and data processing

协助上级跟踪年度费用增加及节约项目的实施进度及文件、数据的处理;

  • Support CI Manager on BOM setting and STD cost setting of SKU's

协助上级建立及维护SKU的BOM设置、STD成本设置;

  • Support superior on VIC budget information

协助上级组织和提交VIC预算信息;

  • Support superior to prepare and execute cost improvement CAPEX projects and calculations

协助上级准备并实行成本改善、CAPEX项目的设计、计算等;

  • Implement PLMS and LMS system in the plant level

在工厂范围推行实施PLMS和LMS系统;

  • QRMP accountable person

QRMP相关条款负责人;

  • Other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor

完成上级主管安排的其他工作

风险管理职责:

  • 理解食品安全与质量政策所承担的义务,通过风险管理持续提高食品安全和产品质量;

  • 参与所需的风险评估过程,负责制定有优先次序的行动计划并跟踪进展;

  • 负责并执行QRMP相关条款内容,具体见条款责任人清单;

Job Requirement/工作要求:

  • Bachelor degree, major in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related is preferred

本科或以上学历,工业工程、食品工程、机械工程等相关专业优先;

  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, EXCEL and PPT) in daily work

日常工作中熟练掌握及应用OFFICE(Word, Outlook, EXCEL and PPT)等办公软件

  • Good English, verbal and written

良好的英文口语、书写

  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) and Six Sigma statistical analysis

了解精益生产(5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) 和六西格玛统计分析为佳

  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming and problem-solving sessions

能够组织促进头脑风暴以及问题解决的方法

  • Strong planning, organizational and communication skills

较好的计划、组织与沟通能力

  • Proactive and able to act independently

  • Green Belt training/certification is a plus.
