Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • 收集中国区公司月度报表,编制中国区合并报表,供管理层审阅; Collect China BUs monthly financial statement- prepare China consolidation for management review
  • 检查合并范围内公司的试算平衡表能否成功提交HFM,并与编制的合并财务报表一致;Check TB segment for China BUs to ensure they are submitted to HFM successfully- and make sure China consolidation result is in line with HFM reports;
  • 准备其他月度、季度、年度披露信息,汇总并提交给WHQ;Prepare other monthly/ quarterly/ annually disclosure packages and submit to WHQ;
  • 按产品来源编制各公司的利润表,供税务组分析关联公司的利润流向;Prepare analytical P&L by category by source factory for tax team TP review and setting;
  • 管理财务主数据(COA),根据业务需求增减科目、成本中心、品类等;Manage Chart of Account- create/ change account/ cost center/ category master data per business needs;
  • 对WHQ定期更新的会计政策进行对比,汇总变化并共享给财务各职能小组;Understand policy updates issued by WHQ- summarize changes and deliver to relevant finance teams;
  • 负责两家投资公司的总账,并协助年度审计和税审工作开展;GL role for two holding companies- and support annual audit and tax filing;
  • 与财务各职能小组保持密切沟通,及时了解对报表的影响; 其他临时性工作。Keep close touch with other finance teams- and understand changes to reporting files;

Recruitment Requirements:

  • 财务会计或相关专业本科以上学历;Bachelor or above degree major in accounting/ finance;
  • 四大会计师事务所3年以上工作经验,有快消品集团公司经验者优先; At least 3-years’ experience in Big 4 firm or FMCG company is preferred
  • 熟悉HFM/Excel/Access等财务系统及数据处理工具,能利用这些工具编制报表并优化工作流程; Familiar with HFM/ Excel/ Access- and can make use of them to streamline daily work
  • 英语听说读写能力优良. Good command of English in listening- speaking- reading and writing
  • 对工作有计划性,认真负责,严谨细心;
  • 性格开朗主动,善于沟通;Proactive- open-minded- good at communication.

有团队协作精神,善于发现并解决问题。 Teamwork spirit- willing to propose solutions when discover issues.
