Description & Requirements

Key Activities

Lead specific central driven key projects as project manager- such as capacity expansion projects- innovation projects Provide technical expertise knowledge and cross-function technical solutions- include but not limited civil design- packing equipment- utilities program- automation and ESG Provide concept design with AutoCAD program for assigned projects Constantly monitor performance of assigned projects including schedule- scope of work- budget- and quality of execution. Steer project activities such as land selection- permitting- design- vendor information- civil construction- MEP installation- equipment deliveries- commissioning etc. for assigned projects Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify the spending necessity and payback Maintain ongoing communications with stakeholders regarding project timelines and progress to ensure needs & expectations are consistently meet and aligned- take risk control and change control Support China Boost growth plan analysis- technical solution and financial plan. Support KHMS engineering section implementation

Hard Skills

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
Over 5 years working experience

Experience of managing CAPEX projects

Familiar with AutoCAD

Familiar with project management and supply chain operation

Fluent in English as working language
