About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Assistant SAP Transactions Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. In this position you will be a part of the European Central Supply Chain team. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. The delivery of SAP master data and product costing will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the European Central Supply Chain. You’ll be reporting into Jan Roelofs- SCHUB SAP Transactions Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders and gaining a lot of knowledge on the Supply Chain operations of Kraft Heinz!


In brief- you will be responsible for assisting on;
 

  • Monitoring SAP master data content and govern the SAP master data rulings
  • SAP product costing for co-pack and repack materials
  • Monitoring daily/weekly transactions and processes in EU factories
  • Activities for Europe- Russia- and Middle East
     

Qualifications


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Higher Professional Education or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a FMCG company
  • Knowledge of SAP Master data processes- SAP product costing is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)- secondary language French- Italian- Russian or Polish is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands on and ownership mentality
