Description & Requirements

  • Work with Senior Brand Manager in all brand / product related activities
  • Product management: collaborate with multiple functions for product launch & relaunch management. Starting from generating consumer insight- concept curation- calculate business opportunity- launch / relaunch project management- communication brief- etc. all the way to monitors implementation in the market
  • Ensure all marketing activities (ATL- BTL- in-store) are implemented on timely- as well as coordinate with multiple functions and external agencies for marketing activities implementations
  • Monthly business review: prepare monthly business review with internal & external data analysis
  • Support marketing-related business process needs for all channels (mass market- e-commerce- food service) Monitors all marketing spending within the categories

Requirements :

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree from any major- Master’s Degree can be an advantage
  • Min 2 years of working experiences in marketing field- or completed Management Trainee period in FMCG company
  • Understand Basic 6Ps Marketing- numbers & data analysis capability- project management- Excel & PPT
  • Have a good communication and presentation skill
  • Have a good analytical skill
  • Have a strong interpersonal- understand digital world & social media- passionate about culinary world is an advantage
  • Have a strong Ownership- can-do attitude- entrepreneur spirit
