Description & Requirements

The Category Business Management team’s job is to build the category’s strategic vision and plan (3-5 year strategic plan). Responsibilities include managing the P&L- delivering annual budgets and managing in-year innovation execution plans- including delivering customer specific innovation. Kraft Heinz Associate Category Business Managers are focused on delivering Category Kits (including channel- price- promo- shelving- etc.)- In store activations and Shopper Marketing strategy and investment. Complete ownership of the A&C Budget- monthly Consumption Reviews- monthly Performance Reviews at sub-category level and competitive brand intelligence. 

About this role: 
As an Associate Category Business Manager- you will have a blended role of helping execute brand marketing plans as well as contributing to strategic developments to deliver short and long-term revenue- profit and share targets in line with corporate objectives.  You will support communicating the strategic vision for your cross-functional team and support complex processes by inspiring them with your passion and excitement for your brands. You will also further enhance your technical marketing skills through on-going execution of Marketing Plans. 

 
Requirements 

  • An undergraduate university degree in business is required.  

  • Consumer focused marketing experience is an asset 

  • High creativity and strong- growth orientation 

  • Demonstrated marketing success driving positioning- consumer insights and innovative marketing programming including digital- social media- in-store marketing development 

  • Proven analytical capabilities in interpreting and driving action from data 

  • Understanding of how price- promo as well as assortment and shelving contribute to brand growth 

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver top line growth
