Associate Customer Sales Manager at a glance...

As an Associate Customer Sales Manager, you are a critical driver supporting the Sales Team in the management of all selling and executional activities to achieve customer revenue and profit targets. You have the talent, drive and understanding of the retail sales environment to generate sales volumes. Your ability to discover and capitalize on account opportunities is unparalleled. As a member of one of the strongest sales forces in Canada, you will form the crucial link between Kraft Heinz customer team and the customer, dedicating your results-oriented mentality to the type of proactive, business-building initiatives that have been the cornerstone of our success at Kraft Heinz Canada.

You will work collaboratively to develop partnerships with the Customer business teams and the customers. The Associate Customer Sales Manager will be the liaison between the Customer Business team and customer on all business development opportunities and challenges.

What's on the menu?

  • Utilization of the category management process via Nielsen to drive consumer/shopper insights that translates into customer opportunities that would mutually benefit Kraft Heinz and our customers.

  • Support the customer business team in the evaluation of promotional return on investment and drive out the programs that deliver the highest efficiency for both Kraft Heinz and our customer. Leverage our trade return on investment tool to identify highest return on investment selling opportunities which will Satisfies customer needs and strives to deliver revenue, and share.

  • To be the key liaison between our field selling team and the customer team to communicate selling priorities for upcoming promotions.

  • Be the customer business team expert on consumption trends, retail pricing, competitive landscape, innovation performance and distribution white space to support the Customer team in the evaluation of business performance

  • Leverages consumption expertise to help support the customer team in the development of their demand driven forecasts

  • Progressive experience in Sales, which should include Sales Representative roles and Account Management

  • Experience with sales and fact-based selling and category reviews

  • Experience using sales reporting systems and AC Nielson systems

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Understanding of financials including trade spending and profit and loss statements

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with customer
