The NA Enterprise Insights & Partner Relations Associate Director, will be responsible for providing enterprise insights, incorporating macroenvironment trends with consumer behaviors both at home and away from home to support business growth in addition to building strong relationships with key partners to deliver these insights. This position is responsible for identifying, developing and integrating business insights across the enterprise to drive a growth mindset, with the consumer front and center. An expert in connecting data for new insights and storytelling will be critical to this role.
The Associate Director will have accountability for developing a partner roadmap to most efficiently and effectively balance spend with rigor. This includes assessing and rightsizing current relationships and identifying knowledge gaps warranting incremental partnership opportunities. The Associate Director will serve as the key point of contact with existing partners, across North America, to ensure we are leveraging the best tools and insights to impact KHC businesses. They will also lead the vetting of new partners to put KHC at the forefront of emerging capabilities.
The Associate Director will also be a leader in developing marketplace and consumer thought pieces and develop ‘one source of the truth’ perspective to inform enterprise strategy, quarterly earnings commentary, and external communications content. Key connection points across the organization will be Investor Relations, Communications, Strategy & Transformation, Marketing, and Sales.
The Associate Director must draw from a variety of information sources and internal/external resources to develop insights that provide a competitive advantage to KHC. A self-starter, and creative problem solver, the Associate Director will proactively identify areas of influence and opportunity to enable the enterprise to recognize the growth ambition.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Lead enterprise insight building and delivery to guide business growth. Provide distilled insights for Investor Relations, enterprise questions
Lead identification of insight tool gaps across the Insight organization, vet key strategic partners and work with Procurement & Legal on contract negotiations
Lead integration of strategic partners into the Insights ecosystem
Identify emerging insight capabilities and partners, test and learn approaches, and guide the business
Take a key leadership role in shaping 1Yr, 5Yr, and 10Yr Growth Strategy by providing enterprise insights
Support Enterprise Transformation Agenda - support consumer insights best practices and center of excellence initiatives
Expected Experience & Required Skills
10+ years experience in a strategic insights or analytics role, preferably within CPG
CPG research experience is required, experience in both the client and supplier side is ideal.
Proficiency in data analysis is required; Circana/NPD, Numerator, is preferred.
Proficient in various market research techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources
Working knowledge of syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, etc)
Strong storytelling skills and ability to influence all levels of an organization
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
High level of tolerance for working in ambiguity, managing change and leading change management
Advanced Degree Preferred
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with three days a week in the local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.
Physical demands include but are not limited to
Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed (10-20%)
Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of the work schedule
