Head of Process Mining at a glance
As the Head of Process Mining for Global Business Services at Kraft Heinz, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency through the strategic application of process mining techniques, with a focus on leveraging Celonis.
What's on the menu?
1. **Leadership:** Provide strategic leadership to the Process Mining team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. **Process Optimization:** Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement within GBS through the utilization of Celonis and other process mining technologies.
3. **Celonis Expertise:** Demonstrate proficiency in Celonis software, utilizing its features to analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes effectively.
4. **Data Analysis:** Lead the analysis of large datasets using Celonis to uncover insights, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within business processes.
5. **Technology Implementation:** Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement and integrate Celonis and other process mining tools into the existing infrastructure.
6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with various business units to understand their unique processes, challenges, and objectives, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
7. **Performance Metrics:** Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) using Celonis to measure the success and impact of process mining initiatives.

- I have Proven experience in leading process mining initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Celonis expertise.
- I have strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
- I have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively convey complex insights, especially those derived from Celonis, to various stakeholders.
- I have knowledge of industry-leading process mining tools and technologies, with a focus on Celonis.
- I have the demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and process optimization using Celonis and similar tools.
