Base Salary Range: $154,700.00 - $193,400.00

Target Total Cash Range: $247,520.00 - $309,440.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

This role plays a strategic role to optimally deliver all human resource programs for a designated network of factories and operations functions like Supply Chain Management, External Manufacturing, Productivity and Planning The roles is also responsible for labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent and performance management, engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, organizational analysis and regulatory/policy compliance. In this role, you will be responsible to mentor senior management, develop talent and lead a group of senior Human Resources managers at the plants.

What's on the menu?

  • As a part of the Supply Chain BU leadership team, working in a cross-functional team with leaders that will design and implement the plans for the category of Away From Home and Kraft Heinz Ingredients.

  • Partner with Operations leaders across a designated network of factories to provide effective coaching and guidance on all human resources matters

  • Lead all aspects of and coordinate all HR activity for the designated U.S. Plants (Non-union and/or Represented) and other operations functions.

  • Assist company lead with contract bargaining.

  • Provide overall direction for standard HR work requirements including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, diversity and inclusion, and engagement action planning

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the category is properly staffed for salaried/professional positions

  • Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for multiple plants.

  • Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices. Investigate and advice regarding internal and external employee relations and concerns working with corporate team on responses.

  • Support human resource processes, including the following: workforce planning, annual reviews (performance/leadership planning), compensation administration, organizational change/effectiveness, implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing) initiatives, planning, and facilitation; staffing and pipeline development

  • Ensure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development

  • Lead and develop the HR organization for personal and professional growth

  • Resolves high level employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that recognizes employee needs and protects the needs of the plant.

  • Provides budgeting oversight and control for people related ZBB packages

  • Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment driving employee engagement, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; help drive various corporate and division business initiatives including development and execution of a communication rhythm to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place

  • Work with corporate compliance and law department to ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of HR including ensuring that the affirmative action program is kept current and that all employees at the Plant location adhere to guidelines of this program.

  • Ensure compensation packages are competitive with the local area. Partner with corporate compensation to provide a competitive advantage.

  • Be a champion for employee wellness initiatives and drive through activities, education and awareness.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company policy for designated factories

  • Management experience and manufacturing leadership experience is required

  • Experience implementing improvement strategies across multiple plants / businesses

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
