OVERVIEW

The Associate Director IT - HR will play a critical role leading our HR digital team and building the HR technology space to lead Kraft Heinz employee experience transformation. The HR business has a vision to ensure Kraft Heinz is outstanding from an employee experience standpoint and can compete in the current competitive market for talent. This role is critical to build the HR technology space to lead the transformation for Kraft Heinz colleagues.

You will scout the industry and work to define the right solutions to ensure we meet and exceed the HR vision . You will aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands.  You will be responsible for the IT Strategy supporting the HR Business and all on-going HR solutions (Workday- Cornerstone- Kronos). You will lead an internal team and 3rd party supplier.  You will leverage your knowledge of Workday and deep understanding of HR to build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the work is aligned with the overall strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring the outside in.  Scout the industry for disruptive technologies that can improve efficiency and/or effectiveness at Kraft Heinz. Be a Digital Transformation Leader.
  • Actively manage a portfolio of about $8MM in Capex projects.
  • Lead the growing IT- HR Team of 10+ internal FTEs and external consultants and systems integrators.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and include industry best practices to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options
  • Accountable to deliver New Projects to Improve the Business and Deliver Service Levels as agreed.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to work with stakeholders to translate user needs a Strategic Vision and operationalize the vision.
  • Be an escalation point and provide support to key global projects and features.
  • Align key decisions with key business stakeholders and leaders.
  • Manage external vendors to provide thought leadership and deliver on time- budget and within scope.
  • Responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals between teams at different locations- monitoring their work- and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
  • Develops & partner on solution options- recommendations- designs based on the HR Tech landscape- it’s roadmaps- requirements- enterprise security standards and reference architectures
  • Communicate financial and goal results and key performance indicators to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or combination of relevant education- experience and training
  • 10+ years of experience with a combination of HR data- technology (including Workday HCM)- and project management experience.
  • 5+ years of People Management experience
  • Capability delivery with strong end to end ownership and a clear track record of leading transformation in the Digital space
  • Technology thought leadership in the latest advances in the market and ability to turn that into a clear technology roadmap to meet the business needs
  • Prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers preferred.
  • Experienced in scaled Agile Delivery of complex transformation programs is a plus
  • PMP and/or ScrumMaster Certification a plus
