Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The Associate Director- National Account Sales is responsible for leading development and execution of our commercial strategies and plans with our non-commercial customer base to achieve targets and objectives. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Aligned to KHC values- lead the AFH National Account Sales Team owning all aspects of the customer relationships
  • Ensure initiatives are fully supported and executed leveraging all in-field- online and distributors assets
  • Lead the team that will build account segmentation & prioritization- leverage data to identify/track opportunities- conduct performance analytics to measure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams especially Sales Ops & Planning- Finance- Marketing
  • Short/long term strategic roadmap for key customers along with the criteria for success
  • ‘Big Bet' ideas to jointly grow business (especially driving KHC branded market share)- leveraging insights & analytics resources across AFH
  • Successfully negotiate contracts- price increases and categories RFP’s.
  • Coordinate- implement and monitor Joint Business Planning with internal and customer teams.
  • Customer wiring all key stakeholders- along with joint business plan meetings/reviews throughout the year
  • Defining the emerging opportunities (e.g. micromarkets) that will drive growth in AFH
  • Responsible for the management of Ghost Kitchen customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales function- process and execution
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have previous experiences:  leading a team- Joint Business Planning and multi year contracts negotiations.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver in agreed upon timelines
