Description & Requirements

The Associate Director, Annual Business Cycle requires a passion for transformation and someone that has a deep understanding of our business to come and challenge the status quo. This individual will own building and aligning the annual business cycle to deliver on key milestones for company and customers. Additionally, you will improve visibility on impacts of the business cycle and initiatives, & drive focused action through prioritization and tradeoffs by challenging the status quo to streamline and simplify our processes.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • People management responsibility for one direct report
  • Strong collaboration with cross functional partners (Strategy, finance, sales, growth etc) to build out the key milestones needed to deliver our 1 year plan
  • Working with internal partners to build in the dependencies of each deliverable to make sure the process works
  • Be a real business partner and understand struggles and tensions in our processes
  • Build out heat maps to really understand where the bottle necks will come and bring solutions to tackle
  • Challenge existing processes to bring simplification and remove bureaucracy

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability of working in commercial functions within a CPG environment such as sales or marketing for multiple business cycles; FMCG a plus
  • Proven ownership of business processes from end to end

  • Influential: Influence at all levels of organization and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to solutioning; Engagement and influence with the executive team and cross functional leaders
  • Impactful: Effect "so-what’s" by making concrete recommendations routed in fundamentals of marketing, business and the consumer. Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills, pull disparate pieces of data together into a cohesive and compelling story

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
