Description & Requirements

The Associate Director- Tech Partnerships requires a passion for transformation. This person will lead Kraft Heinz’s tech partnerships with companies like Microsoft in order to accelerate our organizational agility through technology- drive business innovation to ensure we are leading the intersection between food and technology for the future through AI- and building an industry leading connected ecosystem to deliver touchless insights and actions.

Sitting in our Strategic Transformation Agile Revolution (STAR) Business Unit- this is a highly collaborative role requiring strong collaboration with cross functional partners across (Digital Revolution- Value Capture- Strategy teams). In this role- you will:

  • Define clear strategy and objectives and deliver goals through our tech partnerships in to capture value
  • Work with our tech partners to accelerate process and pipeline of initiatives such as building and testing new solutions or applying existing solutions
  • Partner with Microsoft and other tech partners- our digital teams and cross functional members to build out the road map and implement our long term goals of a connected ecosystem
  • Review additional partners to help accelerate Kraft Heinz goals ensuring we have the right teams to support future growth

Required Skills:

  • Previous success in digital transformation or managing tech partnerships for CPG companies (either working for the CPG or tech company); Experience in both fields a strong plus
  • Experience using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies for advancing tech with a real understanding of business problems to tackle
  • Strong storyteller and collaborator with the ability to blend art and science
  • Passion for digital transformation with experience of delivering best in class practices

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines).
