Description & Requirements

The Head of Away From Home, Innovation & ESG Program Delivery position lies within the Regional HQ and is based in our Amsterdam office.

You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Away From Home.

The Role

Working within global AFH (Foodservice) Capabilities Team you will be accountable for

  • Identifying trends and formats of the future to scale globally across AFH. Providing insights and inspiration to drive local projects.
  • Connect Chef Network & Insights to global & local marketing and innovation teams.
  • Define best in class innovation process and build capabilities program to ensure we execute with excellence globally.
  • Support lift and launch model to drive local to global for scalable initiatives.
  • Share best practice and learnings globally. Fuel continuous learning.
  • Track and measure key initiatives across Innovation, ESG & Packaging.

  • BU Commercial Director / VP & CMO’s
  • AFH Global LT & AFH Country Leads
  • Global Growth office as owner of ESG packaging of the future & disruptive innovation
  • Government Affairs & Legal team

Experience Required

  • Experience in creating and validating multiyear innovation strategy focused on building value against customer and consumer needs.
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights and to build compelling business cases.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience and skill set in consumer marketing, culture, new product ideas and trends.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Skills to be able to simplify and understand complex legislative changes.
  • Ability to work in partnership with multiple internal functions

  • AFH NSV GP & Market Share
  • AFH Strat plan to deliver 3 YP & 10 YS. Ensuring plan includes 5% of NSV is delivered through Innovation.
  • Compliance to KH ESG commitments
