Position Summary: 
Our Associate Finance Director- FP&A position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all Zones for finance and corporate strategy. The selected individual will have exposure to full P&L and cash flow statement and will participate in company-wide projects and initiatives- including refinancing actions- M&A transactions- investor relations- ratings agency discussion- and any other Board or Senior Leadership requested items. The role will be responsible for tracking regular company performance. There will be opportunities to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different business and functional areas.  Our role includes significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the globe- including the Global CFO- Zone CFOs- and VP of Financial Planning.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Budget and Business Planning (BBP) routines – CFO Board Decks- Chairman Presentations- CEO Monthly Performance Reviews- and other ad-hoc analyses for Global CFO- VP of Global Financial Planning and M&A- and/or relevant Shareholders
  • Responsible for modeling the financial impact of strategic leads/recommendations
  • Understand and monitor market landscape and financial impact of changing consumer trends and update Vice President/CFO/CEO
  • Drive financial performance by leveraging cross-zone/cross-functional best practices
  • Support zones- countries and BUs by assisting in best practice development and increase financial visibility into results
  • Competitive benchmarking: Estimate financial impact of peer strategic approaches
  • Assist Vice president in development of Board/CEO/CFO materials
  • Will manage multiple resources- including at least 2 Sr. Managers and 2 Sr. Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics- Mathematics- Finance- Engineering- Accounting- etc.) is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Investment Banking- Private Equity Consulting- Corporate Finance or Corporate FP&A required- prior Category- Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • FiT- Hyperion- and/or SAP skills preferred but must have exceptional Excel- PowerPoint- and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrated strong financial modeling- accounting and analytical skills- as well as broad business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work in a high intensity environment- managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to work with and manage a broad variety of teams
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
