Description & Requirements

As the Associate HR Manager for HQ Operations will you will be responsible for bringing to life one of our most important Values at Kraft Heinz – “We Champion Great People.” In this role- you will drive all people related activities and programs for the BU Supply organizations including talent development- people strategies- change management- organizational effectiveness- and driving a culture of ownership within the organization under the direction of the Associate Director for HQ Operations. The Associate HR Manager will also help support key routines and strategic HR projects across all functions in HQ Operations.

Primary Responsibilities
 

• Act as counsel- business partner- and advocate for the BU Supply Leadership Teams- employees- and business

• Manage staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team

• Lead talent processes including Talent Calibrations- Succession Planning- and Development Planning

• Manage employee relations matters in partnership with business managers

• Organize and manage people budgets to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials

• Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Lead strategic HR projects for the HQ Operations team including projects related to Career Development- Capability Building- Leadership Development- Employee Engagement- and Process Improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced proficiency of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of problem solving- simplifying the complex- and effectively driving change
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact a broad audience
  • Understanding of business fundamentals
  • Strong project management skillset with a keen eye for detail- organization- and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills- self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
