Description & Requirements

The Associate Manager- Category Planning and Performance Management supports the Head of Category Planning and Performance Management in the standardization of processes- forecasting & reporting- improving access to driver-based data- and is the main finance support for the Brand Build team in their new product innovation development.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the monthly Business Cycle- through the management of key business processes and forecasting models
  • Manages large data sets for streamlining reporting- and finding efficiencies in reporting and forecasting processes
  • Provide insights via presentations to category leaders
  • Supports the build of the Annual Operating Plan and the target setting of each commercial Business Unit on key financial metrics including NSV- CMA and EBITDA- and in the monthly forecasting and analysis activities.
  • Supports financial modeling and planning for all innovations- financial viability- and strategic trade and pricing analysis.
  • Supports for accurate forecasting of the commercial P&Ls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Accounting- Finance or Business required
  • Visual Basic (Excel macros)- Microsoft Excel- Microsoft Access advanced knowledge required
  • Strong ability to manage and navigate large data sets (100-000+ lines)
  • Analytical- leadership- organization and communication skills
  • Orientation towards details and result driven; proactive and self-starter
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders alike
