Key Activities/ Deliverables:

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive grow in core business and innovation by defining s 4 PS & anticipating consumer/retailer needs.
  • Drive the development of successful Consumer centric Renovation- Innovation and Brand Equity strategies
  • Drive short and long term strategy by identifying trends and opportunity whitespaces to guide Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with our internal Marketing- Trade MKT- Food service and  R&D teams as well as external agencies to support the successful execution of key brand and commercial initiatives- bringing the consumer into the heart of our decision making.
  • Manage key distributors and suppliers
  • External performance tracking (IRI- Kantar)
  • Competencies (experiences/ Education):

    Degree in Marketing- Business Administration or related field

    Experienced in working at a strategic and tactical level- leveraging consumer and retailer knowledge to influence short and long-term business decisions and proven expertise in driving an innovation/growth and driving learning agenda.

    Highly proficient- displaying a broad & diverse range of knowledge/application skills across the full range of brand strategy- consumer research- finance and sales disciplines including emerging techniques. Commercially and analytically savvy.

    Strong- credible and clear communicator with an ability to work across function & geography through excellent interpersonal skills.

    End to End view of business.

    Experienced launching new products in different patforms.
