Description & Requirements

Your Purpose:

  • Develop and/or execute communication- innovation and activation projects in line with the short- and long-term objectives defined for the Brand and the category
  • To ensure the achievement of results in line with the short- and long-term objectives defined in terms of Market Share- Brand Equity and Innovation.

Your Missions:

  • Develop and execute the annual and three-year marketing strategy defined as a team and validated by the Marketing and Category Director and the General Manager France;
  • Define or influence with the European Marketing teams the product mix on the 6Ps: Proposition- Product- Pack- Price- Promotion- Place;
  • Manage and/or adapt the Categorical Innovation projects for the French Market- for the current year and year N+1; manage the Innovation process- in close collaboration with the multi-functional project team- from the design of new products to their marketing on the market
  • Implement the marketing actions recommended to achieve the Innovation/Category turnover objectives-
  • Build national sales pitches to defend the Innovation to the distribution.
  • Define or influence the European Brand 6Ps Mix teams:
  • Build and execute the Brand activation and Category Innovation launch plans for the current year and year N+1
  • Monitor and measure the performance of the brand activation plans and innovation launch plans to define- as a team- corrective marketing actions aimed at achieving the Category's turnover results
  • Ensure the proper learning and development of a direct relationship
  • Actively represent the Brand internally

Knowledge and skills:

  • Level of education or professional experience required: BAC + 5; Minimum 4 years’ experience in Consumer Marketing
  • Language skills required: able to operate in English- Fluent in French
  • Required skills: Ability to lead innovation projects; Ability to develop innovation arguments; Strong analytical skills; Strong sense of results; Team spirit
