Description & Requirements

  • HavWork with Senior Brand Manager for brand / product related activities and develop marketing strategies to leverage the position of the brands- whilst optimizing consumer synergies- for all Soy products.
  • Product management: collaborate with multiple functions for product launch & relaunch management. Starting from generating consumer insight- concept curation- calculate business opportunity- launch / relaunch project management- communication brief- etc. all the way to monitors implementation in the market.
  • Ensure all marketing activities (ATL- BTL- in-store) are implemented on timely- as well as coordinate with multiple functions and external agencies for marketing activities implementations.
  • Differentiate the nutrition business offering with commercially exploitable opportunities.
  • Leading portfolio assessment and implementing agreed plan.
  • Developing plan to market strategies by utilizing the full marketing mix.
  • Full budgetary responsibility to ensure promotion campaign and initiative are launched effectively- in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
  • Undertaking complete analysis of market and brand performance and closely monitoring all implementations.

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree of any major
  • Min. 3-5 years of working experiences in related area
  • Basic 6Ps Marketing- numbers & data analysis capability- project management- Excel & PPT
  • Fluent in English
  • Have a strong communication and presentation skill
  • Understand digital world & social media
  • Have a good analytical skill
