The marketing team’s job is to create a compelling vision and brand strategy across key elements of the business to deliver long term growth. A Kraft Heinz marketer knows the world and the context within which their Brand competes today and where it can compete in the future. As a Brand Manager on the North American Coffee team- you will formulate the long-term strategy for a Kraft Heinz’s Brands (Maxwell House- Nabob- Gevalia- IHOP- Ethical Bean) and help implement the marketing plans. This role defines the product mix- pricing- packaging- trade merchandising- advertising- and promotion strategies. With oversight of the P&L- you’re accountable for delivering profit- volume- and market share objectives. You will be responsible for building consumer and customer demand for the assigned business and implementing your marketing initiatives through leading the cross functional team. This includes partnering with the innovation team to improve quality- make packaging updates- cost reductions and new item launches. As well- driving strong collaboration with the central insights and communications team to bring compelling campaigns to market. Brand Manager - US Coffee
Identify competitive- category- consumer- shopper- and retailer insights to validate current concepts and identify new opportunities that will drive growth- volume and profit objectives.
Establish product plans for novel ideas --- need to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on change.
Lead long term strategy & creation of 3-5 year innovation pipeline plans with new product concepts- consistent with platform strategies
Work with Sales team to ensure execution of Category playbook- ensuring understanding of Brand strategy- and delivery of results.
Lead and execute innovation agenda for multiple growth platforms to deliver against revenue and profit targets. Develop the platforms from insight to strategy- to concept to commercialization. Partner with Global counterparts- Business Build teams- R&D- Consumer Insights- Sales- Supply Chain and Finance to deliver innovation to market.
