About the role:

Due to an internal promotion- we have a unique opportunity for a passionate- self-driven FMCG marketer to take ownership of one of our most critical portfolios across ANZ- our Beverage categories. Overseeing the direction of the iconic Golden Circle brand- this role has ownership of a range of activities such as strategy and brand development- NPD- marketing activation and developing advertising and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advertising- POS- publicity and consumer promotion plans
  • End to end campaign management to execute marketing & advertising campaigns
  • Assist in strategy development including one and three year plans
  • Develop and implement new product launches and marketing plan
  • Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting
  • Support annual budgeting- quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend
  • Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including R&D- Sales and others
  • Lead brand NPD including idea generation- preparation of business plans- P&L management and post launch audits

This is a truly unique role where you will work on a market leading local brand with the opportunity to leverage global resources and learnings from the broader Kraft Heinz business.  You’ll be treated as an owner from day one- working closely with cross-functional teams to drive category success while being supported by a close-knit team who will set you up for success.

About You:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • 3+ years of FMCG brand marketing experience
  • Strong project management experience on NPD and creative/advertising
  • Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision making (IRI or Nielsen preferred)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management to lead cross-functional teams while also managing expectations
  • Problem solver who can think outside the box- with resiliency to bounce back from set backs
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with creative and media campaign development and agency relationships advantageous
