The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager - KAM to join our Foodservice team at our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm- reporting to the Foodservice Lead in the Nordic leadership team. In the Nordics- Kraft Heinz operates both through direct sales and distributor partners in both Retail and Foodservice. Within Foodservice- our distributors are responsible for carrying out annual plans and strategies in the markets. You will be part of the team building the strategies- setting the targets & investments as well as keeping track of the business- securing we reach our objectives for our distributor foodservice markets Sweden- Denmark- Finland- Norway- and Iceland. To achieve these objectives- you and the team will partner-up- steer and lead our distributors. You will be working in an impactful team- alongside peers always trying to improve- as well as interacting with both central and international teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the current $12m business with ambition to double it in the upcoming years
  • Business development – continuously improving and building our Nordic Foodservice business
  • Strategy – contribute to long-term internal and distributor strategy plans
  • Sales planning & execution – support in developing- implementing & tracking annual Joint Business Plans with our distributor partners
  • Distributor excellence – maintain strong distributor partnerships and end customer relationships
  • Performance tracking – support in preparing for internal and distributors performance reviews as well as pricing & investments
  • Innovations – support and drive new innovations with local marketing and central foodservice teams
  • Forecasting – support local supply chain team with monthly forecasting & demand reviews
  • Build the Nordic Kraft Heinz culture and team spirit

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Marketing). A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
  • +2 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position
  • Experience with Distributor management- Nordic markets and/or Foodservice channel (Hotel- Restaurant- Cafe) is an advantage
  • We are looking for a person with a genuine passion for food- driven mentality- sales management- and business development with strong project leading management skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English- both written and oral- Nordic language is a plus
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is critical
