About the role:

This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the most dynamic business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and tactical hands-on position – involving in the program day-to-day operations and transform the business with latest SAP S/4 technology.

The Program Lead has overall responsibility for the successful completion and delivery of the project. The role oversees project teams- work streams- quality management- financial management and the methods- standards and guidelines for the project. The Program Lead will drive functional leadership for delivery and governance across the project.


  • Transform business operations across the zone- identifying risks and opportunities against plans and targets. Lead process simplification and innovative solutions.
  • Joint ownership of ANJ project rituals and routines along with the IT Program Lead
  • Provide program status update and communications to the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor
  • Prepare Steering Committee materials
  • Work with various teams to develop the project work plan
  • Support the prioritization of what needs to be progressed and direct overall project success
  • Remove an impediments that prevent the team from making progress
  • Meet weekly with the Leads to discuss progress and identify corrective actions
  • Own the Project Charter and Master Plan
  • Review and ultimately approve all project deliverables
  • Review weekly status reports to ensure accuracy and quality; uses these as inputs to the Project status reports and Steering Committee meeting materials
  • Resource planning- partnering with project HR Lead for employment of project resources

  • Influential leadership roles

  • Ability to anticipate potential challenges / risks and propose as well as operationalize mitigations based on past experiences
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with project team members as well as executive level
