CAPEX Manager

About the Position:

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced CAPEX Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The CAPEX Manager lies within Supply Chain Finance for the International Zone (EMEA/APAC/LATAM). You will be working in a successful team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting into International CAPEX Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. The control and management of CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) allocation of the company across international zone world throughout coordination and approval of projects- influencing on the decision making of the senior leadership will be your primary responsibility. You are constantly looking for improvement activities within Supply Chain Finance.

In brief- you will be:

  • Coordinating and improving the business cycle for strategic 5-year plan & annual budgeting;
  • Control and management current year Capital plan to complete 100% of the plan (approx. $400M);
  • Think ahead on long term strategic projects- identifying- developing- and introducing the next generation of scalable solutions to KHC;
  • Operating as an effective Finance Business Partner for engineering team and leadership- ensuring the results are achieved with compliance to KHC policies;
  • Drive the company to optimize investments through visibility and direction to contribute to our financial and operational results;
  • Keep Leadership team appraised of day-to-day risks associated with supply chain and thereby supporting to make timely decisions with regards to capital investments.

Hard Skills:

  • Master’s degree- preferably in Finance or Engineering background;
  • 5+ years of relevant financial experience in a sophisticated- multinational context (FP&A- factory/operations controlling is a plus);
  • Experience in Capital Venture intensive type of industry and / or Consultancy or other Finance environment is a strong preference;
  • High level of numeric and analytical capability;
  • Advanced knowledge of IT skills (Office tools- PowerBI- Tableau);
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP)- planning systems- and enterprise data systems- or a willingness to learn;
  • Detailed but able to simplify;
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do demeanor;
  • You enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable building relationships based on trust- integrity- and positive energy;
  • Ability to influence senior partners;
  • Proficient in English
