About the Position:

Capital investments are the key drivers for the growth of Kraft Heinz International domain (Markets outside North America)- at the same time transforming the Supply Chain towards Digital- Automation- Sustainability goals along with safer- hygienic- robust- and continuous production capabilities and hence seeking a dynamic candidate to be part of the current transformational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Begin supporting and soon- driving the Long-Term Capital Investment planning ($1.5B to $2B over a horizon of 5 years covering 43 factories across multiple countries) by liaising with Leadership across all functions of Kraft Heinz.
  • Ensuring dynamic investment control of current year capital plan to execute close to 100% of the Plan ($300M-$400M) thereby contributing towards ‘Speed to Market’ strategy of Kraft Heinz through reviews- project tracking and data analysis.
  •  Keep Leadership team appraised of day-to-day risks associated with supply chain and thereby supporting to make timely decisions with regards to capital investments
  •  Support and deploy Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Systems (KHMS) CAEPX processes through regular audits and follow-up
  •  As we are embarking on transforming the existing Project Management System as well as re-imagining CAPEX processes and stakeholder engagement- the candidate will play a key role in the transformation journey
  • Support extensively on driving Standardization as well as identifying and sharing best practices across international domain/zone.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or an Equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain role
  • Experience with execution of large-scale engineering projects would be a plus
  • CPG experience would be another plus
  • You are a go-getter- Hands-on- not shy of asking right questions- strive to do the right thing and communicate effectively and efficiently- and fluent in English. Additional European Language would be a plus.
  •  Hard skills like an expert excel / MS Office user- ability to breakdown large data into meaningful insights to drive actions is a given.
  • You are interested in our mission to make life delicious for consumers and be part of the changing landscape of CPG/Food Manufacturing industry in line with fast-changing consumer tastes and habits
