About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Cash & Capex Analyst position lies within the FP&A team. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Cash & Capex Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Manage CAPEX process for full EMEA. Coordinate with Factory finance (13)- factory engineers (13)
  • Codevelop CAPEX AOP and support with financial evaluation in prioritizing among investments
  • Manage the Supply Chain Development Finance- by providing support in Innovation- capacity and network design process for full EMEA
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow in the area of responsibility

Key Activities

  • Month end closing for CAPEX
  • Coordinate and unsure timely FCST preparation by project managers
  • Prepare- organizing and Run CAR approval meeting for full EMEA and prepare for international committee
  • Ensure SOX compliance in area of responsibilities
  • Assisting the controlling team with annual controls and audits.
  • Ensure costs / benefits included in the business cases of CapEx projects reflected in P&L timely and fully.
  • Support in full GOGS calculations for projects that are presented for approval and implementation
  • Support in full GOGS calculations for projects in pipeline during AOP process.
  • Support with financial evaluation of capacity and network design scenarios
  • As and when required- take the ownership for working with business partners on ad hoc projects.
  • Managing Direct and Indirect business cashflow
  • Working Capital management and initiatives tracking
  • Tracking and reporting cash flow to ensure that payments are made on time 
  • Providing information to management regarding the company’s liquidity position by analyzing cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing reports detailing cash flow activity- including collections and disbursements
  • Monitoring business performance against budget projections and identifying any deviations that may require corrective action

Qualifications


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level- preferably in Accounting- Finance or another related business area required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting- Finance. SAP- Cash & CapEx experiences are a plus
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Fluent in English- other languages are a plus
