About the Role

Category Development Analyst is a key interface between Kraft Heinz Marketing, Sales, Activation and our Customers. This role will facilitate communication, reporting and insights to identify and deliver category deliverables for Kraft Heinz. The role requires the ability to provide category insight into the brand and customer plans during brand planning processes and developing category plans with sales and marketing and engaging retailers on one selected category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Range Review Process

Lead range reviews for the portfolio, as well as support smaller range reviews where necessary. Develop detailed plans for range reviews and layouts, with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.

  • Planograms & Assortment

Responsible for optimising planograms and assortment across the portfolios and within customers.

  • Business Planning Cycle (Category Strategy)

Support the creation of 3-year category strategies identifying Category Value Drivers. Contribute relevant consumer insights during brand planning processes and developing customer plans.

About You

  • Nielsen and/or Circana scan/panel is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point
  • Promotion and/or range modelling
  • 2+ year’s category development and/or NAM experience: Ideally FMCG is desired
