Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Finance Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Finance team and will be fully dedicate to Sauces Category.

You’ll be reporting into the CFM & RGM Lead Italy- working in a hard-working team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

The delivery of KH Financial controls and guidance for the category assigned will be your primary responsibility and you will have an opportunity to identify improvement activities within Italy Country.

In brief- you will take ownership of:

  • Standardizing sell-out financial process and reports
  • Supervising competitor performance
  • Support category lead
  • Defining commercial conditions of KHC innovation products
  • Supporting Sales and Finance Planning team controlling Trade spend
  • Guiding Category teams on Price and promo Strategic mid/long-term plan
  • Delivering special projects

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance- Accounting- or Business Administration
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Finance/Accounting/Category in multinational company with consistent track record of delivering results in sales- finance- CIS analytics- shopper insights or supply chain.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members. Strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to work and think independently- interpret and exercise professional and data-driven judgment- creatively problem tackle and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Sophisticated Excel skills are required. Experience working with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Italian languages
