The Category Leadership Lead runs a large team of Category Leadership Advisors / Category Leadership Analysts to provide business insights and category development recommendations to assigned Kraft Heinz Customers and their merchandising organizations. The Category Leadership Lead aligns with the CVP- the Customer Leadership Team and- regularly- the AVP- and identifies and addresses new and existing business opportunities across all assigned categories and customer formats. The Category Leadership Lead ensures that customer- consumer- and internal information are used to build knowledge and stories will improve overall category performance and results.
The Category Leadership Lead must exercise financial prudence while managing a Market Research budget for their team’s customer data from $1.5B Annual performance reviews of vendors in addition budget reviews and submissions are led by the Category Leadership Lead.
