Description & Requirements

Category Senior Manager role is responsible for developing and maximizing category sales for a dedicated Kraft Heinz' category portfolio. In this vacancy, we are looking for Chili & Innovation Category Senior Manager role. This role is a people manager role with 3 team members.

Some of key responsibilities :

  • Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability for Chili and Innovation categories (the team will be responsible for all channels, but this role will be the owner of General Trade).
  • Target setting & develop must-have-SKUs strategy. Ensure best-in-class strategies of trade and consumer activities, as well as analyzing brand competitiveness 
  • Owner of the P&L figure and financial forecast for the respective category
  • Category performance data analysis & presentation accountability
  • Align with brand marketing team on the key strategies for the respective categories and breakdown into focus initiatives to the team

We are looking for someone who is already an expertise in Category Development, so the key requirements are :

  • Min 7 years with category development experience (a consultant or multinational FMCG background will be a plus point)
  • Strong business acumen, data analytics/statistics and consumer-based data knowledge such as Nielsen/kantar
