Description & Requirements

This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Bachelor's and Master's student- interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!

The position will be part of the Finance department in Milan- where you will have the chance to work cross-team- supporting both (revenue growth management) and PPM (planning and performance) areas.

As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. You change the game.

Are you up for the challenge?

The Position:

The role will be 50% dedicated to RGM (revenue growth management) and 50% to PPM (planning & performance).

In brief- your responsibilities will be:

RGM

  • Setting Promotional guidelines and defining base Price positioning through profit maximization analysis
  • Forecasting revenue performance
  • Monitoring competitor performance on Pricing and Promotion
  • Defining commercial conditions of KHC innovation products
  • Supporting Sales and team and guiding Category teams on Price and promo Strategic mid-long term plan

PPM

  • Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales- Marketing- Demand Planning teams.
  • Company results reporting: designing and maintaining the reporting tools.
  • Participating in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation for the Business Unit.
  • Report actual results and forecasts- analyses variations.

What we expect from you:

  • Being enrolled in a university course (Master’s Degree)- preferably with an academic background in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Good command of MS office- especially Excel.
  • Proficient in English and Italian languages

NOTE: EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.
