About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join Kraft Heinz as a valued member of the new International R&D PMO function. As a Commercial Project Manager- you will drive efficiency- agility and speed in innovation projects across the international zone- through active risk assessment and effective mitigation planning- effective collaboration and accurate budget management. You will be also accountable for setting Ways of Working aligned with IZ program Governance- leveraging project management best practice across KHC IZ via training programs. You will participate in the implementation of Agile methodology in KHC IZ and will have an opportunity to lead a newly founded team of project executives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage 3-Star Innovation projects with the highest standard for key categories across IZ
  • Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning and drive scenario planning to enhance the success of the projects
  • Partner with colleagues across the IZ as well as local markets and BUs
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives including project budget management and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Lead the newly created the PM team- maximise the right skills and competences across the team- and act as a coach and mentor to support personal growth
  • Actively contribute to the Project/program governance process review and roll out the methodology to the BU Teams
  • Build the IZ training program by utilising PM best-practice and methodology

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant subject
  • Upwards of 5 years working experience within an International Organisation preferably within a Food / CPG / Retail environment
  • 3+ years’ experience of project management and 1-2 years of team management
  • High level of numerical & analytical capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead multiple partners across all levels of the organization
  • Efficient at planning with an excellent sense of prioritization and highly organized
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
